Team Coaching
I support the team to identify, clarify and make sense of their goals, and to achieve consistency of purpose. Agreeing those working arrangements that really do work is a vital part of the process. These are arrived at consensually, and usually crystallise the issues that have been getting in the way of effectiveness and efficiency.

Successful teams voluntarily sign up to shared values, behaviours, and styles of conversations which reflect relationships based on mutual respect. “Make only those agreements I am willing and able to make” is an assertive principle I encourage team members to adopt. (It saves all the frustrations when people say they’ll do something and then don't!) The values include agreeing the kind of conversations—process and content—that will take place to reduce or remove conflict when the inevitable differences occur or progress becomes stalled.
